• Process Inward and Outward Remittances, Fixed Deposit and Banker Guarantee Transactions
• Handle Import and Export (LC & Collection) documents and payments
• Construct swift messages

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support to dealers in the execution of trades and in other aspects of treasury operations
• Capture transactions and/or data into various booking systems
• Perform customer due diligence, AML/KYC checks
• Prepare reports for Dealers and Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Banking, Business Studies, Commerce or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in Foreign Exchange/Money Market operations is preferred
• Good oral & written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
• Good PC skills are essential
• Familiar with Reuters and/or Bloomberg will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions in an accurate and timely manner and ensure vendors and employees are paid on a timely basis
• Ensure all accounts payable invoices and staff reimbursement claim forms are properly approved to ensure validity of the charge, as well as coded correctly to provide accurate financial and management reporting
• Interact with other internal groups to ensure the completeness and accuracy of records submitted and other supporting documents, resolve any issues that arise
• Prepare expense reports to Head Office, stakeholders, etc
• Assist supervisor to promote process and system improvement plan

Requirements

• Strong in GST regulation
• Meticulous, positive work attitude and time-management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office especially in Microsoft excel

BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager to manage our corporate customer portfolio. The incumbent will report to the Head of Corporate Banking Department and will be responsible for marketing, business development, relationship management and risk management for new and existing customers in Asia-Pacific region. The incumbent will be responsible for the origination of deals with corporate clients across Asia-Pacific region. The person is required to perform credit evaluation which includes preparation of credit proposals, reviews and reports in Japanese for submission to the Head Office. The incumbent will also need to manage and strengthen customer relationships, cross-sell products and services as well as portfolio risk management.

Applicants should possess a degree in Economics, Accounting and Finance or Business Administration with about 6 years' experience in corporate banking. The person needs to be familiar and have a good understanding of the business culture and process of Japanese organizations. The nature of the job will require the person to be highly proficient in the Japanese Language, both spoken and written as there will be regular communication with the Head Office. They must also possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Overseas travel may be required.
