Collaborate with users to gather requirements and design user-friendly interfaces. Manage databases, source code repositories, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development. Ensure application security, performance, and responsiveness across platforms. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing applications. Mentor junior developers, guiding them on best practices and project execution. Qualification & Experience Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. Technical Expertise – Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, XAML, jQuery, CSS, Razor, and Entity Framework. Database proficiency – Experience with Microsoft SQL and designing robust databases for applications. Additional Tools – Experience with PHP, MySQL, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Azure Portal, and DevOps. Security & UX – Solid understanding of application security best practices and keen on designing user-friendly interfaces. Development Process – Skilled in configuring CI/CD pipelines and deploying web APIs for seamless integration. Leadership – Experience in mentoring junior developers and guiding projects from concept to completion. Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to team members and users.
