Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in scoping and estimate process improvement engagements with clients;
• Evaluate and assess production processes for improvement opportunities through process change or automation;
• Taking ownership of work-streams or projects, designing and conducting analyses of data/ processes, doing secondary research, synthesising conclusions, making presentations;
• Communicate with clients to advise on process change and impact;
• Document process diagrams, SOPs and other materials to support process improvement activities;
• Set standards for documentation for clients;
• Identify and quantify process improvement opportunities for clients;
• Collaborate with team members across the Company;
• Assist in generating awareness and demand for process improvement activities.

Technical Knowledge, Professional Qualifications and Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out audit procedures in accordance with audit plan and SSAs
• Prepare draft financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Strong technical expertise in audit and assurance methodologies and techniques, with preference for those with international and Singapore client’s experience
• Managing audit engagements which include initial engagement planning, analysis of controls and processes, preparation and review of audit documentation and management letters and reports and monitoring of engagement process against budget and timeline
• Developing and maintaining the long-term client relationships and identifying business development opportunities
• Coach and develop people by sharing knowledge with team members and helping team members attain experiences that cultivate technical competencies
• Familiar with regulatory and reporting requirements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations affecting the business

Technical Knowledge, Professional Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and hold relevant professional certifications, such as CA (Singapore), ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, etc
• Minimum of 5 years experience in external audit and assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members, including those across departments, and clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in MAS compliance requirements for financial institutions excluding bank and insurance is added advantage
• Ability to supervise staff and lead projects. Experience leading international teams is preferred
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated, including strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
• Strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in SFRS and SSA or IFRS and US GAAP preferred
• Knowledge in software like Caseware, Python and UiPath will be an advantage

• ACCA/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalents

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling new lead enquiries from sales presentation, objection handling, follow-up to deal closing
• Achieve targeted sales volume and revenue within the expected margin to maintain
• Build nurture and maintain cordial relationships with corporate clients
• Negotiate terms of sales agreement and close sales with customers
• To ensure the timely and accurate maintenance, preparation and submission of relevant sales quotations, sales order and sales reports
• Represent and promote the company’s products and brand through trade shows, events, conventions, if and when needed
• Actively conduct cold calling and provide after-sales support/calls and attend to clients’ enquiries promptly
• Collate customers’ feedback to improve sales target development
• Conduct market research and sales forecast on a monthly basis

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients comply with the regulations and meet all tax obligations (corporate tax and individual tax);
• Responsible for the preparation of individuals, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporate and withholding tax computations for a portfolio of clients;
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned deliverables and deliver quality tax services;
• Establish good relationships with clients, manage their expectations and ensure excellent client services;
• Establish good relationships with internal departments.

Requirements
