We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our APAC Sales Operations organization who will serve as a member of ServiceNow's core Sales Operations team through partnerships with key stakeholders in the organization. Must be eager, hungry to improve and a fast learner!
The preferred candidate will have experience supporting Sales, is comfortable managing large data sets, has strong attention to detail and has a creative problem-solving mindset. They will work cross-functionally across sales, operations, marketing, and finance, with the primary goal of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions. Looking for a candidate who is open to flexible time as this person will be working with various APAC Operations team. Will require some hours to overlap during ramp up period.
Responsibilities include:
· Work with cross-functional leaders and corporate team to support annual sales planning, quota setting and territory assignment.
· Support onboarding and offboarding of sales, working with commissions team to address sales compensation queries.
· Maintain databases and develop weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics reports.
· Analyze performance and productivity data and help in preparing slides for QBR’s, or other Sales leadership presentations.
· Drive internal processes and systems improvement to support sales excellence.
· Review new BI requirements and help in the development and testing of related reporting and dashboards.
· Support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide insights to APAC business stakeholders.
