We are looking for a Banking Industry Go-to-Market leader for ANZ to join our Financial Services Go-to-Market organization. This is a dual role that assumes leadership for our Financial Services Go-to-Market in Asia Pacific and Japan while focusing on the ground with our banking sales teams and customers in ANZ.
You are a Banking industry expert with a knowledge of the Retail, Commercial and Corporate banking solution stacks across the application, workflow and data/integration layers.
You understand the core Banking business processes and surrounding technology ecosystem, including systems of record and third-party data providers.
You have deep knowledge and experience working in and/or selling into the banking ecosystem throughout Asia Pacific and Japan, with deep expertise of the ANZ banking ecosystem.
You have a technical vision for ServiceNow's opportunity to transform Banking and will work with customers and partners on the architecture for the solutions with care for this vision. You will work with pre-sales technical resources to gather solution requirements and help them on solution roadmaps and architecture. You will provide visibility within ServiceNow and an opportunity to provide incredible results during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory. You will build a team of high performing Go-to-Market Banking industry domain experts and lead this team to drive meaningful growth in the Asia Pacific and Japan regions.

· Field and Partner Enablement: promote internal pre-sales technical resources and System Integrator and Independent Software Vendor partner ecosystem on Insurance solutions. Build an insurance community of ambassadors enabled on the ServiceNow Insurance Services message and solutions.
· Customer Engagement: Work with customers to understand their transformation priorities and help co-create value-based Insurance solutions. Bring deep process knowledge of underwriting, claims and customer service in Insurance to improve strategic opportunities and identify new use cases.
· Market-Facing Engagement: Present to large customer audiences and build relationships with CxOs.
· Team Building: build a team of high performing banking industry domain experts that drive top notch coloration with sales, customers and partners.
