Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Designs of fire and safety systems for the offshore oil and gas modules and platforms
• Prepares and review engineering design documents, reports and specification for the fire and safety systems namely design philosophies, equipment specifications and data sheets, safety equipment list, material requisitions, equipment technical bid evaluations, firewater hydraulic and safety related calculations.
• Reviews PDMS modeling for inter-discipline crash checking, technical safety and working environment compliances including accessibility to equipment for maintenance
• Reviews inter-discipline design documents, design drawings and vendor data
• Coordinates and participate in risk analysis, safety specialist studies, workshops and reporting
• Assists construction to startup pre-commissioning fire and safety systems
• Assists proposal in project tendering with respect to the fire and safety systems
• Assists construction in attending site installation and pre-commissioning of fire and safety equipment and systems
• Conducts site verification where requires for technical safety and working environment compliances

Requirements:

• Degree in chemical engineering
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience in design fire and safety systems for oil and gas modules and platforms
• Knowledge in fire codes such as NFPA, SOLAS, API, ASME/ANSI, Autocad, PDMS and Pipenet
• Positive working attitude
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.
• Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Leads a team of finance executives in fulfilling daily functions of the Finance Department – Project Accounting, AP, AR, GL Reconciliation, Monthly & Yearly Closing, Management & Statutory Reporting.
• Flags and justifies anomalies for management review. Provide recommendations to improve the financial reporting process and initiated corrective actions.
• Supervises and review financials, cashflow and management reporting for subsidiaries determined by supervisors.
• Manages Internal & External audit activities & Risk Management.
• Monitors implementation of audit recommendations - controls, establishment of policies and codes of conduct.
• Performs analysis of monthly financial data, quarterly consolidation reporting, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Manages projects from end-to-end - requirements analysis, implementation and maintenance, ensuring that projects is delivered within deadline, budget and preset requirements.
• Conducts competitiveness analysis and review cost aspects of the business to set key financial KPIs and costreduction goals across departments.
• Any other ad-hoc matters determined by the supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Min 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Familiar with Projecting accounting and SAP knowledge
• Meticulous, detailed, self-motivated, responsible and team player who is able to work with minimal supervision
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality

• Prepares monthly compilation of data to support analysis work
• Identifies and drives continuous improvement of finance work flow and processes
• Responsible for monthly and yearly financial statement closing process and reporting, and budgets/forecasts preparation for entities assigned
• Undertakes ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in accountanting or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting principles with management and financial reporting and audit experience preferred
• Possesses advanced Microsoft office skills
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams and resolve problems positively
• Able to navigate vast amounts of data easily, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently, take initiative and possess positive work attitude
• High sense of responsibility on work and professional ethics; with strong sense of confidentiality awareness
• Self-motivated and adaptable to changes
