They're looking for a Private Client Lawyer with 2-5 years of PQE to join their warm and welcoming Wills & Estate Planning team. In this role, you'll be helping clients navigate some of life's most important decisions-drafting wills, managing estates, and ensuring families are looked after for the future.
You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team, led by an experienced partner who genuinely cares about mentoring and helping you succeed. Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting wills (single, mirror, and complex)
- Advising clients on estate and tax planning
- Managing probate and estate administration
- Offering guidance on inheritance tax and trust matters
- Helping with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection issues
