* Provide necessary support to the Paraplanners, Advisers and Directors when required
* Deal with all daily correspondence and relevant postal duties
* Maintaining and updating client files in line with GDPR
* Processing new business applications and following them through to completion
* Recording all lead enquiries on inbound and outbound call, passing them on to management
* Preparation of policy summaries, graphs and other required documentation
* Drafting and completion of suitability reports
* Contacting and liaising with providers for documentation/required information
* Use of internal systems for business processing, submission, through to completion and issue of new business
* Support in preparation of client files for face to face meetings

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Must be looking for a future in Financial Services, the client will be looking to invest time into your training over multiple years
* Must be a driver with a full clean driving license
* Confident in administration, preferably in Financial Services but this is not required
* Excellent attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills
* Team player with a positive attitude, with a keen interest in personal development

Once your initial training and learning period of just over 12 months is complete and you are fully qualified and experienced, you will be paid the Dual Fuel salary which currently stands at £37k or £39k inside the M25 attendance plus bonuses and overtime - OTE 47k+

You Must

* Hold a minimum 1 years driving experience
* Have no more than 6 points on your licence
* Be willing to cover emergency call out
* Have excellent communication and customer service skills
* Be manually dexterous
* Be capable of lifting & manual handling
* Be able to work in confined spaces
* Be able to pass a colour blindness test
* Be able to travel to our Training centre in Wakefield for 7 weeks of the first 15 weeks before you are provided with a work vehicle
* Be able to commence training and have no holidays booked for the first 15 weeks
