• Participate and contribute in project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Implementation
• Lead project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and client communication to ensure timely delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all team members are aligned on project tasks.
• Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and recommend mitigating measures to manage them effectively.
• Continuously monitor project performance, optimizing using a data-driven approach.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met
• Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems
• Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
• Create rapport with the clients and ensure project delivery is accurate as per requirements

Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in strategy, investment and/or technology domains.
• Prior hands-on experience with software development and web technologies.
• Prior experience in FinTech projects (Trading/Blockchain/Capital Markets/Financial Payment/Fiat/Digital Asset Payment Integration) will be an added advantage.
