Mandatory Skill-set

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects;
• At least 2 years' experience in Network infrastructure upgrade / integration including IT cabling installation;
• Must have IT structure cabling experience with knowledge to lead cabling design;
• Experience in preparing cost estimates for IT infrastructure project;
• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects for network upgrades, and cloud integrations;
• Good understanding of Floor plans to design IT structure cablings;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;

Desired Skill-set

• Know how of AutoCAD floor plan using the Autodesk viewer;
• CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project phases from initiation to closing;
• Identify and manage project resources, including internal teams and third-party vendors, ensuring optimal allocation and efficiency;
• Responsible for the IT cost estimates based on the project deliverables and meet the timelines;
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables;
• Manage the procurement process to order the IT bill of materials and adhering to the procurement processes and Lead RFP or RFQ if needed;
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change requests;
• Regularly communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency along with weekly status reports;
• Create project lesson learned and establish project best practices to improve future projects.

• Take ownership and implement the agreed-upon strategy and account plan to boost services revenue, in line with the business potential of the targeted accounts.
• Client Engagement & Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT projects, technology recruitment and tech talent management requirements, challenges/needs, company culture, and strategic objectives.
