- Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality protocols.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, track timelines, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including labor, materials, and expenses.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in the carpentry industry.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
