- Basic up to $2800 + Performance Bonus
- 5.5 days work per week
- Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm) , Saturday (9am – 1pm)

Responsibilities:
- Client Support and Relationship Management:
· Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing their daily inquiries and requests.
· Provide timely and accurate information in response to client questions about products, services, and order statuses.
· Cultivate and sustain strong, positive relationships with key clients to enhance their satisfaction.
- Order Management and Coordination:
· Oversee and process client orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, production) to meet customer needs.
· Track the progress of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
· Handle client complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
· Proactively identify potential problems and take measures to prevent them from affecting the customer experience.
- Client Feedback and Reporting:
· Collect and communicate client feedback to relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
· Prepare regular reports on account activities, client satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration and Cross-Department Communication:
· Partner closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure alignment on client strategies.
· Work with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics, product development) to address client-related issues.
Requirement
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related field (2+ years).
- Experience working with key accounts or in a B2B environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software (e.g., CRM systems) and MS Office.
- Client-focused with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
