We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded specialist school that is celebrated for its innovative approach to education. In this full-time role, you will work across KS1 and KS2, primarily providing 1:1 support to students with moderate to severe SEN needs.

• Experience: 6-12 months as a teaching assistant or equivalent experience is desirable.

• Student Support: Assist KS1 and KS2 students on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis.
• Communication: Liaise with parents and carers about student progress and participate in meetings, parents' evenings, and training sessions.
