I am seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve providing maintenance and technical support across a portfolio of commercial sites in London, ensuring that all building services and systems are operating at peak performance. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled, with a focus on electrical or mechanical systems, and able to carry out both reactive and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections and fault-finding on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure safe and effective operation.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide clear communication to clients and management.
• Liaise with building managers and clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Maintain and improve the quality and safety of systems across multiple sites.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Apprentice trained or equivalent qualification in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A valid driver's license is essential for travel between sites.
