Detailed Job Description

• Establish the framework and SOPs for Delivery Operations for the strategic client and eventually expand
• Work closely with Head of Delivery and Service Line Heads responsible for delivery to the strategic client on various day to day operational matters including tracking of financials, resources allocation and deallocation, contracts review and approvals, hiring based on client needs etc.
• Program manage various optimization and simplification initiatives and ensure stated outcomes are achieved within agreed timelines.
• Program manage various automation initiatives working closely with the Quality team and delivery teams – ensure client buy-in and agreement for automation to ensure overall success.
• Coordinate with the Quality team various quality initiatives rollout including ISO certifications.
• Work closely with TPD team to ensure all training and certification programs are delivered and resources are certified/licensed to operate in client environment.
• Work closely with Chief Delivery Officer and other client account delivery teams and ensure items requiring cross-delivery teams’ attention are dealt with on a timely basis.

Educational Qualification

Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Science is needed while a post-degree program like MBA is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 10 or more years’ experience is required.

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

• Ability to work independently and able to navigate through organizational hierarchies and teams.
• Has a good understanding of financial reporting, resources management including managing resources on the bench.
• Has experience in managing initiatives and programs and able to successfully execute them to closure.
• Has sound knowledge on various Quality frameworks and methodologies and able to apply the same working in conjunction with the Quality team in driving various quality programs.
• Good communications and networking skills; boundary spanner.

Contract: 6 months

Location: Kallang Bahru

Responsibilities

• Coordinate / liaising with courier service providers.
• Handle Daily sales process through intranet submissions (SLA within 2 hours from the sale submit)
• Handle Delivery Failure intranet portal. (Submit the delivery failure cases reported by couriers).
• Monitor daily courier shipment loads and act accordingly to ensure couriers meet the SLA.
• Handle phone calls /email from sales or couriers on the shipments.
• Plan and coordinate with courier on the bulk shipments delivery.
• Provide clear instruction to courier upon delivery on the shipment details /POD/Cash or cheque collection.
• Coordinate with credit team on the cash / Cheque / PD terms information.
• Act immediately on the shipment issues, related to couriers .
• Coordinate with outsource couriers / movers on the freight quote and transportation arrangement on special handling and projects.
• Coordinate with Sales team on daily shipments.
• Coordinate with inter operation dept to achieve the operations SLA

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse / supply chain management is advantage
• Comfortable to work in warehouse setting
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
• Team player
