The Garage Centre Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Horley branch, ensuring that customer service, quality, and productivity targets are met. As a hands-on leader, you'll balance both administrative and technical responsibilities, coordinating the workshop schedule, managing staff, and assisting in the workshop as needed. This role is ideal for someone with experience in automotive management or supervisory roles, such as Workshop Supervisor, Workshop Controller, Branch Manager, or Fast Fit Mechanic.
Key Responsibilities of the Garage Centre Manager:
- Oversee all garage operations to achieve business objectives and profitability targets
- Manage and motivate a team to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
- Coordinate the daily workload in the workshop, ensuring efficient customer bookings and timely repairs
- Maintain a strong, customer-focused environment
- Perform tyre fittings, puncture repairs, and other mechanical duties as required
