職責:
- 向銷售總監確定可以提高 PPHG 下各酒店績效的業務趨勢和行銷機會。
- 使用專注於銷售總監確定的細分市場的行動計劃,不斷尋求新業務,擴大我們的客戶群。
- 探索和擴大客戶列表,處理新的潛在客戶並完成銷售。
- 根據批准計劃、執行和跟進銷售旅行。
- 與其他銷售人員密切合作,拜訪重要客戶並在客戶組織內建立多個層級的聯繫。
- 參加銷售會議,分享最新的市場趨勢以及新的業務發展機會和活動。
- 在一致的基礎上練習專業帳戶資格(即衡量預算需求、日期彈性、空間要求、競爭資訊等)。
- 參加貿易展覽、旅行活動、主要業務活動或根據銷售總監的要求/指示。
- 組織客戶和潛在客戶熟悉飯店及其設施。
- 負責根據行業細分分配的銷售目標 - 與每個銷售人員密切合作,確定最大化並超越個人和團隊收入目標的機會和方法。
要求:
- 作為高級銷售經理或銷售經理(企業和會展)擁有豐富的工作經驗。
- 擁有豐富的銷售經驗和提供卓越客戶體驗的能力。
- 熟悉銷售績效指標。
- 良好的溝通和談判能力。
- 能夠按時交付項目並回答詢問。
- 能夠解決品牌內部的收入挑戰
- 紮實的談判和表達能力
