Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the Associate Legal Counsel - Property will take sole responsibility for providing legal advice on all commercial and real estate matters. Supporting related projects across Nuffield Health, managing legal claims and issues, continuing to develop an efficient, responsive, risk mitigating and cost saving internal legal function.

As our Associate Legal Counsel - Property, you will:

• Responsibility for drafting and reviewing various contracts which may include, purchase agreements, lease contracts, financing agreements, and property development contracts.

• The below Microsoft 365 Certifications would be preferred, but not essential:

  • Fundamentals

  • Messaging Administrator Associate

  • Teams Administrator Associate

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Unified Communications technologies.

• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Microsoft Unified Communications Engineer certifications or similar

• Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.

• Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and related technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends in unified communications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and integration.

• Knowledge of cloud-based unified communication solutions.

• Experience with video conferencing equipment (Polycom)

• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.

As a Cash & Banking Administrator, you'll bring reconciliation experience in a finance role, a good understanding of accounting principles surrounding cash management and be literate with standard Windows software. You will be computer literate with financial systems, great time management skills and a first-class level of communication.
