Salary - up to £37,500 depending on skills and experience

We are looking for someone to join our established and successful Talent Acquisition Team, supporting the business resourcing needs through finding the best talent in a cost and time efficient manner to deliver our ambition of building a healthier nation.
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Resourcer will support recruitment for across our Head Office sites UK operational sites, ensuring delivery of suitable candidates across both clinical and non-clinical roles our support functions, with a clear focus on direct sourcing the best fit, first time as well as talent pooling for future requirements.
As the Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Resourcer you will take responsibility for;

Utilise job board and CV search subscriptions to directly source candidate profiles for current and projected Nuffield Health vacancies

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers, provide support on resourcing solutions to attract, select and engage great candidates into the business, maximising on the use of social media

Networking with candidates to obtain recommendations and contacts for active job-seekers

Identify trends and opportunities to increase candidate attraction to Nuffield Health

Support the build of talent pools, maintaining positive brand-led contact with candidates to ensure a pipeline of suitable talent for future roles

Liaise with candidates and applicants as a brand ambassador, providing a great candidate experience through the candidate journey

Dealing with speculative enquiries and applications to the business, answering their queries and directing them as appropriate

Build and maintain market intelligence knowledge of our competitors and understand the recruiting landscape to be able to provide feedback and manage realistic expectations about the local market.
You will have the skill to appreciate the candidate market, and you'll be an expert in which tools will yield the most effective results, at a low cost, reducing reliance on agencies.
To succeed as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Resourcer, you will have;

Previous recent experience as a Recruitment Resourcer/Researcher, ideally in a head office function including customer, finance and technology

Demonstrable experience of searching online job boards for candidate profiles, successfully

Strong planning and organisational skills to maintain a busy and diverse work schedule, with experience working in a fast paced environment and to tight timelines

Experience of building key stakeholder relationships and peer to peer collaboration, this role supports out our Head office function, but also show willingness to learn new departments not sourced for before

Ability to use your initiative to deliver a great experience to both the business and the candidates

High degree of articulation with strong verbal and written English communication skills. In addition to the above, we are looking for someone who works well within a team, with a focus on achieving the common goal of hiring great people into a great business.

Experience working to KPIs and SLA benchmarks
There is an expectation for you to attend meetings and interact with the teams at both our Epsom and Barbican offices.
