Responsibilities:

1. Meetings

• Arrange and prepare presentations for meetings
• Take minutes of meetings for F&B Sub-committee or any other meetings as required

2. Licences

• Track the expiry/renewal of licences relating to F&B such as Halal certification, liquor licences, catering licence, music licence etc
• Submit applications for the renewals on time

3. Purchases

• Assist with inventory management, stock controls and put up purchase requisitions.

4. Enquiries/Feedback

• Respond to general phone/email enquiries relating to F&B promptly and professionally
• Assist to track and reply feedback from members & guests

5. Documentation

• Maintain proper documentation of agreements/contracts with vendors
• Prepare reports and performance metrics and ensure proper filing
• Keep track of invoices and receipts for submission to Finance Department

6. Disciplinary of Members

• Assist the CEO/Ops Director with the administration of disciplinary of members; preparation for Disciplinary Sub-committee meetings, minutes of meetings and the follow-ups

7. Others

• Assist with special F&B promotions or events especially events involving VIP guests
• Co-ordination with other departments on training/departmental activities

Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent
• Preferably with working experience in the F&B/hospitality industry or in a secretarial position
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with members, external partners, management, and colleagues

Contract Period: 1 to 31 December 2024

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve optimal profitability and overall success by managing costs and service quality.

2. Supervise and co-ordinate daily banquet operations including control of Banquet inventory

3. Ensure set-up of banquet room, food presentation, serving, customer service and clean-up are carried out according to standards.

4. Schedule full time and part time staff to provide adequate and consistent level of service within approved/budgeted manpower cost.

5. Ensure all staff (including part time staff) are given proper training

6. Work with the Chefs, Banquet Sales and Facilities department to ensure all arrangements and details of the event are dealt with.

7. Handle customer feedback and follow up on problems which may arise from event

Requirements

1. At least ‘O’ level and above with 3-5 years of relevant experience in banquet operations and managerial position

2. Ability to establish good rapport with customers for repeat sales

3. Strong leadership and communication skills

4. Service oriented with a positive personality and comfortable with interacting with people of all levels.

Responsibilities

1. Take charge of the coffee bar, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness

2. Take and deliver orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service

3. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment with care and precision

4. Have a comprehensive knowledge of the drink menu

5. Maintain quality and consistency of the coffee

Requirements

1. 2-3 years of relevant experience and proficient in latte art

2. 5 days work week (weekends and PH will be rostered to work)

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
