This role will involve designing, developing, and delivering the Population Health & Health Equity Programme in line with GSTT's, and its partners', strategic ambitions. The Programme Director will be responsible for effective programme management and delivery, by ensuring alignment with the Trusts strategic objectives, leading efforts to secure stakeholder support, developing relationships to enable integrated care, and influencing the Trusts data strategy for population health analytics.
