Primary contact for the charity fundraising team, answering queries and responding appropriately on behalf of the charity. Work closely with the Fundraising manager to deliver the Fundraising Strategy, Fundraising Policy, and Charity objectives Maintain and further develop relationships with existing fundraising networks, funders and voluntary organisations. Job purpose To work and support collaboratively with the Practice Educator to develop, maintain and support learning, development and growth within the Neighbourhood Nursing Teams using evidence-based practice. About the role here. Compass is the provider of Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) in education settings in the city of Derby and Derbyshire, and recently expanding the service into new areas with two new MHSTs in January 2024. We have an opportunity for a Mental Health Practitioner to join our Chesterfield MHST. Compass Changing Lives ensures Children and Young People (CYP) access the right help, at the right time, in the right setting, MHSTs will remove duplication and avoid CYP/families being bounced in between services.
