See attached job description and person specification Provide specialist secretarial/administration support and advice to the teams. Input, monitor and check data. Work with team members to collection information for performance reporting on team projects. Act as a point of contact for teams. Checking and sending invoices for payment. Order stationery as required. Run and collate reports. Develop and maintain effective electronic and paper filing systems, Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute notes of meetings including typing up of group discussions and interviews as necessary. Provide administrative support for a range of department initiatives. Supervise staff in day-to-day activities as directed. Work together with other administrators/PAs within the organisation to provide an effective network of communication, including dealing with visitors to the base and being flexible to cover other administrators general duties on the base.

The post holder will be responsible for establishing and leading collaborative commissioning of mental health, learning disability and autism services specialised services with Integrated Care Systems and Specialised Provider Alliances in line with national policy and guidance for the Midlands geography. Salary Progression Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 9 with a full-time starting salary of £99,891, with a pay step increase after 5 years service. These salaries are offered in accordance with NHS Terms and Conditions and the NHS Pay Progression Policy and are subject to annual cost of living review.
