As per job description and personal specification Support and deputise when required for the Divisional Nurse Director (DND) in day today activity, to provide a high level of professional, operational and practiceimprovement leadership across the Division and wider Trust Assist the DND in operational accountability for the Divisions nursing workforce aswell as setting and delivering strategic direction for the Divisional Nursing Teams.They will support by providing effective visible leadership, contributing towards theachievement of the financial forecast and delivery of contracted activity. This will be inline with local, Trust wide and national policies, procedures, values and behaviours Be a highly experienced and credible senior Registered Nurse, and will support theDND to drive excellent professional standards, leading Practice Improvements todeliver true Compassion and Dignity in care Provide professional nursing expertise and help in advising on operationalmanagement issues regarding safety, quality and governance for the Business Units,Division and across the Trust Contribute to the corporate nursing resource and assist the DND in holding a portfolioof responsibility to be managed Trust wide reporting to the Executive Chief Nurse Please see attached Job description and Person Specification.
