Produce, develop, and promote reports that meet the needs of internal and external customers. Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources using best practices and tools. Use statistical and data mining techniques to discover trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data. Respond to requests for information from NHS members and external stakeholders under the FOI framework. Communicate findings to stakeholders, including peers, managers, and policymakers, using clear and compelling visualisations and narratives.
