Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cooking high quality food according to menu guidelines, recipes and presentation.
- Prepare food to order and cater to allergies and dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free food etc.
- Monitoring and cooking a variety of dishes using different cooking methods.
- Examine food to ensure quality and presentation.
- Daily preparation of all ingredients, quality control and rotation.
- Ensuring stock is rotated, checked and stored correctly.
- Discussing food preparation issues with managers, kitchen and waiting staff.
- Effective communication with management and other staff members.
- Ordering of food ingredients, undertake clean-ups and all other duties as required.
- Training of kitchen staff including any apprentices and trainees.
- Follow correct hygiene food handling practices in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
- Maintaining occupational health and safety procedures.
- Continuous practice of safety and hygiene in the workplace

Benefits & Remuneration:
- Salary commensurate with experience. $74,000 to $76,000 plus guaranteed superannuation.

This position reports to our Sales & Vendor Manager and has a variety of duties and tasks that will keep the successful applicant busy. The applicant will need to be flexible and be able to prioritise tasks. We are offering $75,000 plus Super for the right candidate who must have at least 2 years' Marketing experience and excellent communication skills.

Tasks:
- Executing our day-to-day marketing initiatives as directed
- Assisting with the development and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Writing of marketing content for various channels, including email, social media and website
- Assisting with the planning and execution of our marketing calendar, including product rollouts and events
- Collating data for reports, including data entry and analysis
- Helping conduct and collate findings from research

Technical resource required to work with finance team in all external reporting requirements.

Role responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing audit engagements.
- Preparation of financial reports for half year and Annual Financial report.
- Management of Balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring the subsidiary ledgers are kept in balance with general ledger accounts.
- Oversee all aspects of AASB16 lease accounting.
- Lead the transition to sustainability reporting and liaise with external advisers to ensure compliance with ESG standards
- Preparation of statutory tax calculations and liaising with consultants to complete annual tax returns

Essential:
- Audit experience and training with a Big 4 accounting firm. Ideally for a minimum of 3 years.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant
- Industry experience and exposure to ERP system beneficial
- Must be willing to work in office at North Ryde 5 days per week (work from home is not available)
- Must have permission to work in Australia
