Job Responsibilities:
· Hands-on daily HR operational matters
· Assist end to end onboarding and offboarding
· Assist in work pass processes
· Responsible for general employee queries such as leave, processes, etc
· Responsible for HR administration including staff records, files, and documentation
· Assist in company insurance
· Office management such as office supplies, purchases, reimbursements, and claims
· Assist and organize company events
· Data entry support
· Assist in payroll computation
· Filing support for accounts non-confidential documents and packing for storage
· Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Job Requirement:
· At least Diploma or with relevant working experience
· Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Words, Excel) pivot table, vlookup etc
· Organized and meticulous with initiative and good working attitude
· Graduated in related field or at least some working experience
· Immediate position or available to start in short notice
