Job Requirements:-
* Negotiate new rental rate with landlord upon company tenancy renewal
* Do market value search as key point for negotiation
* Escalating for management approval due to rental increment
* Review agreement and amend upon both parties agreeable term
* Attend site visit to update maxis equipment status
* Attend meeting with Landlord to discus the new rental rate and clauses
* Prepare documentation for new Landlord due to change of ownership. liaise with the both purchaser and vendor lawyer to finalized the deposit and rental payment
* Submit signed agreement for payment and stamping
* Managing site downsizing with engineering department
* Prepare bank guarantee to be replaced with cash deposit.
