Pay - £11.79 - £13.33 per hour depending on experience
Shifts - Full time hours, 37.5 hours per week, office hours – can be flexible with start time
Location – Harwell, with FREE on-site parking
Duties could include:

Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance to teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements.
Financial Management: Processing and preparing invoices etc.
Document Management: Handling the preparation, filing, and distribution of documents and reports, ensuring proper documentation practices.
Communication: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Office Coordination: Assisting in the management of office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organised work environment.
Data Entry and Reporting: Maintaining databases, entering data accurately, and generating reports as needed.
Event Coordination: Organising company events, meetings, and training sessions, including logistics and resource management.
