Responsibilities:

- Processing Order Receiving and Billing (Quotation,DO,INVOICE).
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Handle and monitoring existing customers details and account given by sales team.
- Mainly focuses on coordinating with sales team and valued customers.
- Arrange customer orders delivery accordingly.
- Bookeeping & Filling.
Requirements:
- Familiar with AUTOCOUNT ACCOUNTING SYSTEM.
- ABLE to use BM & ENGLISH, MANDARIN are preferable.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess at least SPM/Diploma /DEGREE in relevant field; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant will be a plus.
- Able to perform multi- task and work independently.
