Support in the management of the contracted maintenance, cleaning, pest control, waste management, security, and landscaping service providers, through their site supervisors to ensure delivery of service according to the Service Level Agreement while effectively managing cost.

1. Supervise contractors / suppliers / vendors related to facilities management
2. Develop and maintain business relationship with contractors and vendors to facilitate ineffective and efficient mall operations.
3. Facilitate coordination for tenants’ fit out works.
4. Monitor procedures and records relating to the mall’s structure, mechanical and electrical maintenance.
5. Ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental statutory obligations and industry best practice procedures and systems are adhered to.
6. Ensure that overall structure and machinery is being effectively and efficiently maintained by third party contractors in accordance with the maintenance schedules and that all records are accurately maintained.
7. Assist in the emergency planning and business continuity plan, reviewing and updating as necessary to ensure optimum effectiveness.
8. Ensure that all accident and incident reporting, including insurance and statutory forms and procedures are correctly completed and adhered to.
9. Supporting the Manager in periodically reviewing the performance of contractors to ensure all standards are being met, reporting of any short comings and proposing further improvement measures.
10. Perform and execute any other duties assigned by your superior and/or Senior Management that may be deemed appropriate to this role

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
• Candidates with shopping mall experience are preferred

• More than 2 years’ experience in mall operations.
• Good knowledge in: -
  1. HVAC knowledge (Air-conditioning system and Exhaust)
  2. Fire Alarm System
  3. Plumbing System
  4. LPG System

• Have previously worked in similar capacity at shopping malls
