Your new role Your new role is as a Senior Civil Engineer, working within a project delivery team to deliver Civil Design packages to Tier One clients. You will be helping to lead and mentor a team, deliver technical engineering packages, and working with the principal engineer through planning and managing projects from conception to completion. What you'll need to succeed Knowledge of Queensland building codes, technical civil engineering and AutoCAD experience is advantageous, as well as an RPEQ accreditation. You will have experience in risk management, budgeting and commercial acumen, with a proven track record in Civil Engineering projects. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering is mandatory. Your new role As a senior civil engineer, you will be responsible for managing design packages in urban developments, including civil work specifications, engineering reports and tenders. This role will see you liaising with key clients, and helping to lead and mentor a small team to deliver work on time. This role will see you working in a small team based in the CBD to help change Brisbane and greater Queensland for the better. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will be an experienced civil engineer, with a focus on hydrology and flood modelling. This will require you to hold a civil engineering degree, and have proven experience working in an engineering consultancy. Experience with AutoCAD, 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC is desirable, but not required. As this role will involve liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, great written and oral communication is advantageous.
