Your New Role

We have an opportunity to support a multi-year program to the Australian Defence Force working as a Relationship Manager/Process Analyst.

The role primarily focuses on working with the customer, managing relationships and mapping out their processes. A love for working onsite, embedded with the customer is key to success in this role. There is no opportunity to work remotely.

Other aspects of the role:

• Define and document user problems, needs and/or enhancements opportunities.
• Capture and model current and planned business processes.
• Conduct user liaison for ICT activities including software development.
• Coordinate and manage engagements with relevant stakeholders, including support teams, end users, and other involved in business analyst activities.
• Provide feedback on areas for improvement within existing business processes, and support Organisational Change Management. 
• Contribute to, improve, and enable delivery and escalation processes.
• Support Change Management activities and the transition of solutions into production and operational use.

The Knowledge Manager is responsible for overseeing all knowledge-related activities, including the management, capturing, sharing and accessibility of all knowledge. They are required to work alongside stakeholders, internal and external, to promote the usage of the organization’s knowledgebase. Knowledge managers are expected to keep themselves and the delivery teams accountable for compliance to our customers’ expectations and strategy. They are also responsible for communication and promoting collaboration.

The ideal candidate possess soft skills such as great leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, coaching, and teamwork skills. These skills will aid in promoting a culture of knowledge. As a knowledge manager, you will be well-equipped with the knowledge base features, functionality and be able to communicate this to teams effectively.

Duties – What you’ll be doing

• Promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing through defining, supporting and encouraging the use of knowledge to employees of all skill levels and roles
• Controlling the accessibility and flow of knowledge within the organization and to external parties
• Helping capture new knowledge with the usage of a knowledge base
• Monitor progress by leveraging analytics to assess the impact, engagement, functionality and effectiveness of knowledge management strategy
• Providing relevant coaching, training and support to champion a knowledge management culture

We have an ongoing opportunity for a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Vulnerability Management (VM) Manager to join our team delivering comprehensive cybersecurity services to support the Australian Defence Forces. 

This role requires an understanding of the needs of the end user, the ability to provide cyber security assurance and advisory services in a secure environment and has scope for you to improve the customer’s operational capabilities. You will head the GRC and VM areas for our customers networks and be responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable Information Assurance (IA) frameworks, policies, and standards with particular focus on the Information Security manual (ISM) and Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF). You will also be supporting cyber security risk management activities, including the assessment and mitigation of vulnerabilities exploitable by relevant threats. Your responsibilities will include the following: 

• Support the customer in the ongoing governance of the cyber security services across multiple networks. 
• People leadership and management of the GRC and VM teams. 
• Accountability for the GRC and VM functions and delivery of artefacts.  
• Perform and investigate internal and external information security risk and exceptions assessments. Assess incidents, vulnerability management, scans, patching status and secure baselines, reporting on compliance to the customer. 
• Implement risk management framework including the management of the Cyber Security Risk Register, ensuring documented and sustainable compliance that aligns and advances the environments.  
• Evaluates risks to develop and implement security standards, procedures, and controls to manage risks.  
• Quality assure GRC components of artefacts, reports, and other outputs. 
• Review and update policies, standards and processes for accuracy, completeness, and currency. 
• Improve the security positioning through process improvement, policy, automation, and the continuous evolution of capabilities.  
• Conduct day to day reviews of operational security challenges and provide input into change control. 
• Assessment, ongoing reporting and tracking of vulnerabilities to ensure stakeholders understand the associated risks, gaps and remediation activities required. This is to be completed in collaboration with Industry partners. 
• Management of ongoing accreditation for the networks including routine document reviews, development and/or review of supporting artefacts such as SRMP, SSP, SSP-A, SOPS, etc. 
• Professional development of team members; and 
• Management of multiple stakeholders. 

This key management role oversees end-to-end delivery of a suite of integrated cybersecurity services to our customer. This hands-on role will utilise your stakeholder management, operational management and service improvement skills in a high tempo environment. Leading a small team of SDM and Operational support staff, you will coordinate with our operational teams to provide customer-centric technical support and service request fulfilment to multiple secure networks and environments.

Key responsibilities.

• Lead and develop a team comprised of Service Delivery, ITSM and operations staff.
• Partner and coordinate with the customer and provider’s teams to deliver a range of cybersecurity services in accordance with performance requirements.
• Manage monitoring and reporting on service performance and other operational aspects across cybersecurity services and cross functional services.
• Identify, scope and deliver continuous service improvement initiatives including driving process and cost optimisation.
• Manage operational escalations and coordinate across teams to respond to incidents to ensure appropriate technical management and customer engagement / communications are in place.
• Be the key contact and coordination point for stakeholder operational needs to deliver the right level of stakeholder interaction, collaboration and communications.
• Oversee the production of key operational reports, risk and vulnerability assessments to ensure an overarching operational view is communicated and all artefacts meet the required quality control and standards.
• Coordinate information and knowledge management for service delivery as well as contributing to the quality assurance function.
• Represent Leidos in operational and management meetings and consult with leadership teams to drive outcomes.
• Assist in presales and production of contract changes, proposals and Leidos submissions.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to assist in business development activities for Leidos products and services in Australia with primary focus on Defence clients. The BDM would work towards identifying, qualifying and capturing new business opportunities and collaborate with the business area for growth of Leidos in Australia .

The key responsibilities: -

• Customer Relationships - Establish and maintain enduring relationships with the clients and stakeholder to qualify and grow the Defence business at Leidos Australia.
• Coordinate customer relationships critical to new business development including partnership development
• Provide timely advise and suggest actions to ensure healthy and productive client relationships.
• Market Analysis - Keep abreast with trends, emerging technologies and competitive threats to develop business development strategies and initiatives.
• Industry Engagement - Participate in Industry events, conferences and meeting to partner and generate leads and promote Leidos offerings and services.

Your New Role

As the Organisational Change Manager you will be responsible for leading the Organisational Change Management (OCM) capability as part of the Leidos project leadership team delivering an enterprise Health Knowledge Management (HKM) System for Defence.  You will be responsible for driving the OCM outcomes and ensuring the delivery of change and communication strategies and plans, together with associated risk and impact assessments.  The OCM Manager will work in collaboration across the project team and with the strategic OCM partner to successfully coordinate and implement change management activities.

A Day In Life

• Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Provide leadership to the OCM team
• Support the Change Impact Assessment process to assess the impact of change, including people, process, technology and systems to determine requirements from current to future state on the business and define how these impacts will be managed
• Coordinate the Business Readiness activities and ensure the schedule is aligned to deliver targeted communication and engagement activities
• Oversee the document deliverables for OCM and ensure consistency and best practice for the approach and process to change management; coordinate the workflow of the key strategic OCM partner

As the Security Engineering Lead you will be responsible for the engineering processes and tools, ensuring they are set up and operational to deliver; safe, fit for purpose and supportable solutions to our Defence customers. In this role you will drive risk management, improve environment security posture to meet current and emerging threats, and will proactively work with other areas of the team to report and track compliance of policies and regulations. More specifically you will be responsible for: 

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Security Engineering team, ensuring the teams are meeting operational and performance objectives and develop team members to ensure they have relevant skills and qualifications. 
• Assess and manage risks to the effectiveness of platforms and services to protect against current and emerging threats.  
• Provide advice and guidance to the team on defence engineering related technologies data and trends to identify area for contract growth and support the account strategy.Team-level budgeting, planning, and roadmap. 
• Manage and improve Security Controls specific processes, dependencies, and integrations across multiple environments. 
• Stakeholder management to ensure that the Security Engineering Team meet the needs of the business and comply with all relevant laws, and regulations and enforce company policies and procedures.
