Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive AV/IT Engineer who can take the lead on AV/IT initiatives and offer expert advice on AV/IT design and project plans, ensuring project needs are met, maintain, and monitor project timelines, intervening when necessary, onsite installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, take ownership and coordinate with others to support daily audio visual technical requests. Supervise and assist in the setup, troubleshooting and maintenance of audio visual systems. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is ready for use. Identify defective or failed equipment and resolve issues as they arise. Compile and analyze weekly reports, incident reports, and service report submissions, networking, and other in-house projects at customer premises. Programming, and basic construction setups Manage, test, and commission necessary devices. Ensure timely completion of testing, configuration, staging, and upgrades for assigned projects.

Requirements :

*Pass experience with working with Telcos is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable colleague.
• Review Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Review and approve staff claims.
• Prepare Inventory adjustment.
• Involve in yearly stock take exercise.
• Prepare month end journals.
• Prepare bank reconciliation.
• Prepare GST report.
• Prepare monthly management report.
• Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedule.
• Liaise with external auditor and handle audit queries .
• Ensure accurate and timely month end and year end closing and reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To meet and visit clients/potential clients regularly to present Telecommunication solutions and products update.
• To constantly cultivate and establish good rapport and relationship with clients.
• To prepare quotations/tenders and to liaise with Operation Teams for the smooth delivery of projects.
• To provide sales report to the management as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma holders and above in the relevant discipline
• Possesses of minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales or Marketing and preferrably in Telecommunication Industry
• Results oriented and able to work under pressure
• Highly self-motivated, desire to accquire new knowledge, good initiative and with positive working attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and good presenation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Customer oriented mindset
