* Well manage stocking from all supplies.
* Ensuring food is prepared, presented and served to the highest standard.
* Recruiting, hiring, and training employees.
* Dealing with customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
* Communicating with chef about regularly updating food menu and drink menu.
* Monitor sales and expenses to make sure company is in profit.
* Make sure company compliance with food, health and safety regulations.
Requirements
* Certificate is Hospitality Management
* Minimum 2 years similar working expenses
