About the role:

As a key member of the Blackbaud Enterprise Sales Team, the Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and penetrating accounts within an assigned territory. The Account Executive must be able to consultatively navigate through large, complex organizations positioning Blackbaud's software, services and training as a best of breed high-end enterprise solution. They must also work collaboratively with other partners in our larger sales engagements to provide a total solution.

The Sales Organization represents opportunities across several verticals including: Higher Education, K-12 Independent Schools, Nonprofit and Healthcare.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing sales activities to exceed assigned revenue objectives.
• Providing tactical and strategic plans with specific measurable time frames to penetrate an account.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers (i.e. Account Managers) to generate additional revenue from existing client base.
• Following up on leads, completing RFP's etc) into accounts to establish additional relationships.

• Working closely with professional services to present a total solution.
• Build and maintain an accurate pipeline and timely sales forecasts to management.
• Identifying internal teams, providing direction and leadership in each sales engagement.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer industry trends.

What we’ll want you to have:

• 8+ years’ experience in positioning and selling large, complex SaaS CRM and/or ERP software solutions
• Knowledge and experience working within a solution-selling or consultative selling methodology
• Experience selling/navigating a complex sale
• Experience in both acquiring new business and cultivating existing relationships for business

The Blackbaud Cyber Security team is looking for a Senior Security Vulnerability Engineer to aide in identifying, assessing risk, and communicating vulnerability information across all Blackbaud environments.

What you’ll be doing:  

As the Senior Security Vulnerability Engineer, you will work to identify Infrastructure vulnerabilities and misconfigurations in on-premise and cloud environments.  Validation skills will be essential before thoroughly assessing the risk associated with the findings and then partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure communication and understanding of the risk assigned to them. 

The overall goals of the Vulnerability Management team include ensuring the identification, prioritization, and reporting of all risk associated with any Blackbaud network or asset. The team is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the data as well as driving the organizations to meet enterprise goals in reducing the attack surface.

What we’ll want you to have:

A highly motivated and experienced security practitioner who passionately eliminates security vulnerabilities by ensuring stakeholders across the business have the right resources and information to address all discovered security concerns. You have a knack for fostering effective relationships and explaining technical security information across various levels of audiences. 

• 5+ years of Cyber Security experience

• Success with architecting, deploying, and operationalizing vulnerability scanning technology platforms and designing remediation workflows

• Advanced practical skills in vulnerability assessment tooling such as Crowdstrike, Tenable.io, Cisco Vulnerability Management, Qualys, Tenable CSPM, Tenable ASM etc.

• Comprehension of how to implement security controls and compensating/mitigating controls for vulnerability risk

• Experience with multi-cloud environments and cloud security compliance tools

• Understanding of securing and hardening operating systems, applications, and containers including frameworks that provide guidance on these subjects

• Experience with Kubernetes, APIs and Web services, including REST and SOAP

• Understanding of cyber security concepts, including threats, vulnerabilities, encryption, network security, and IAMS

• Demonstrated curiosity to research vulnerabilities, scanning logic, and possible solutions

• Ability to design and implement advanced vulnerability dashboards and executive reports

• Situational awareness around industry news on software vulnerabilities, including 0-day vulnerabilities and emergency patching

As a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst specializing in risk management, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks across our organization. • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800-37, FAIR, etc.).

• Prior experience with Risk Management GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer, etc).

The Risk Management Analyst will work within the Operational Risk Management team with responsibilities to support the ongoing execution of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program operations. The Risk Management Analyst will help to understand, formalize, and act upon Information Technology risk management strategies that adhere to the adopted corporate best practices and standards of SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, and similar frameworks. The Risk Management Analyst will work with stakeholders to gather, track, and assess risk information within Blackbaud’s managed infrastructure including the third-party ecosystem. The Risk Management Analyst will help to develop and facilitate plans that strengthen Blackbaud’s ability to respond, recover, and sustain operations from various potential threats.

The Risk Management Analyst will work to advance the effectiveness of operational risk programs and proactively identify new strategies that will contribute to the successes of these programs at Blackbaud. The Risk Management Analyst will produce recurring reports that serve to identify key success factors of operations and potential gaps where risks, threats, and/or vulnerabilities may further develop.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, maintain, and support Operational Risk Management program activities.

• Develop, maintain, and perform cross-functional business continuity scopes of work including an annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) assessment.

• Advance maturity of BCM program by maintaining existing operations, identifying opportunities for new value-added functions, and deploying strategies to improve capabilities.

• Execute inherent and residual risk assessments of third-party service engagements and for changes in services from existing engagements at time of renewal or when added services are being procured.

• Ensure proper due diligence for supply chain relationships which have been terminated or have expired.

• Responsible for supporting TPRM program’s adherence to regulatory standards including PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, TX-RAMP, and the NIST 800-53 Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).

• Partner and collaborate with internal teams to understand, evaluate, and contribute to the improvement of their managed risk controls, including participation in risk committees.

• Support the reduction of Blackbaud’s collective risk posture by advancing program operations while mitigating identified risks, threats, and vulnerabilities.

• Assist enterprise risk governance operations to ensure regulatory, legal, and contractual obligations to stakeholders are in place and operating effectively.

• Prepare and present reports and metrics that demonstrate operating effectiveness of program operations in line with desired levels of future risk tolerance.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in Risk, Security, or Compliance position.

• 2-3 years leading project operations and managing collaboration efforts internally and externally.

• 2-3 years experience working for a company in a regulated technology, software, healthcare, or financial services sector.

• Must have experience leading project activities independently, be solution-focused and results-oriented with excellent communication skills.

• Familiarity with PCI DSS, SSAE 18, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks will be key to the success of this role.

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-dive-in senior individual contributor role for an experienced writer and content strategist. You’ll have the opportunity to help build a category-defining brand, create copy that delivers results, and work across a variety of media.  This role is perfect for someone energized by the opportunity to work at a variety of altitudes - both strategizing and executing on content – and by the opportunity to learn and communicate new content areas regularly.  

You will:

• Concept, strategize, write, and/or edit copy, and collaborate with internal and external design and web to produce high-visibility deliverables across a range of mediums, including webpages, video scripts, digital ads and social content, print ads, PPT decks, infographics, event collateral and more.
• Develop messaging and content for a set of key brand storylines and apply it to core internal and external resources (messaging frameworks, webpages, core PPT slides, etc), assessing performance and updating regularly
• Act as a steward for Blackbaud’s brand voice across the company, contributing to brand guidelines and generative AI tools to scale consistent voice and effective copy. (Given how new these generative AI tools are, you may not yet have experience with them, but you need to be excited about testing and using new technology to scale brand stewardship.)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive who is responsible for developing new customer relationships in our Corporate Impact vertical. This includes educating institutional leaders about Blackbaud's solution and product offerings, and aligning the solution to their critical needs and challenges. The AE is responsible for direct client contact with new prospective clients and achieving assigned revenue quota attainment.

We are seeking an experienced GTM Business Analyst to accelerate revenue growth and customer expansion to adopt our embedded automated bill payment and credit card capabilities for our flag-ship financial solution, Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to deliver objective analysis and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations. They will partner closely with stakeholders from across the business to develop and refine our Go To Market strategy and drive key strategic and operational process and product improvements. They should be an analytical and innovative thinker to raise the bar on how we delight our customers with new fintech offerings.

What you'll be doing:

• Identify the right customers to target to accelerate revenue growth and adoption of procure to pay processing methods.

• Define data driven strategy for the growth of payment streams within the product, infusing trends, and customer feedback.​

• Measure and drive key product KPIs – Growth across Adoption, Usage, Revenue, Vendor Reach, etc​.

• Engages customers (and prospects), understand their needs, and provide feedback to the Business (PM and PMK)​.

• Understands the market, competitors, trends, and placement of the product – using data to inform necessary actions to accelerate growth.

• Product optimization - Use data and feedback to improve product, making it more valuable to users.​

• Partner with engineering, user experience, and partner teams to source the right data to keep current, synthesize, and make informed decisions.

• Work closely with leadership to guide and assist in understanding business challenges, defining the questions to be answered and then conducting analysis to answer questions and create recommendations.

• Develop a framework to scale revenue growth and customer adoption.

What we'd like you to have:

• 5+ years experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, MixPanel, Qlik, Alteryx, etc.) and SQL databases.

• 3+ years experience with payment processing and payment integration to Enterprise Resource Plannings.

• 5+ years experience in a customer facing role within product, customer success or product marketing

• Experience solving reporting or data gaps and collaborating with various teams to ensure robust and reliable reporting.

• Knowledge of procure to pay workflows and/or non-profit accounting processes and procedures.

• Adept at working across matrixed environments, including external partners and vendors.

• Ability to demonstrate ROI of new technology to power sponsors, power users, and prospects.

• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and derive insights to enhance our product (Strong analytical skills).

• Ability to adapt to changing technology advancements, and evolving trends

About the role:

The optimal Senior Strategic Business Developer for Financial Solutions is an experienced sales and business leader with deep expertise in sales, financial information systems, accounting, and Blackbaud’s Financial Solutions pillar solutions. The right candidate for this role is skilled at cultivating and nurturing relationships with C-level decision-makers in the market. Additionally, they are comfortable working in a matrixed environment, coordinating stakeholders across the business to lead and drive key sales strategy & enablement initiatives, including leading deal pursuits in an advisory role.

What you'll be doing:

• Drive Financial Edge bookings and accountability across all sales teams (Commercial, Enterprise, & Strategic) across assigned verticals

• Deliver bookings results vs. targets

• Help build and execute our holistic Financial Solutions sales strategy

• Provide rapid expansion of FE market coverage, share, and penetration of client base

• Consistently champion and evangelize the value of Blackbaud’s Financial Solutions

• Develop sales talent capable of selling financial solutions across Commercial and Enterprise sales teams via team and individual enablement programs

• Coach Account Executives and Sales Managers via Financial Solutions deal pursuits & enablement workshops

• Maintain the “FE Selling Guide”

• Produce additional sales enablement programs and content as required

• Assist in building impactful demand generation campaigns, both marketing-led & AE-initiated via SalesLoft cadences

• Assist in building impactful market-facing messaging & collateral with Product Marketing

• Enablement of Partner channel/ educate sales / expand partner-influenced bookings

• Successfully navigate matrixed relationships with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Success, Sales Enablement, and Partners to drive initiatives forward and deliver results

• Participate in sales forecasting with shared accountability for forecast accuracy            

• Be a Blackbaud Financial Solutions brand ambassador

• Partner with Product Management to drive future product enhancements based on customer feedback

• Be a Competitive Market intelligence expert

• Influence Post Sale Relationships with FE Clients

• Partner with Customer Success to drive successful onboarding and account penetration

What We'll Want You To Have

• Financial Operations and/or Accounting experience required 
• 5-10+ years of experience working with Blackbaud Financial Solutions or equivalent industry experience 
• 5-10+ years of software sales experience or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to operate under minimal supervision leading cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to operate under minimal supervision leading deal cycles in an advisory role 
• Strong listening skills; demonstrated ability to ask effective need-development questions 
• Ability to influence others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication
