Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s range of product
- Advise and provide information on products to customers
- Closes sales
- Makes initial contact with potential customers
- Maintains weekly record reporting sales activity
- Consistently grow sales and achieve target
- To assist on any other ad-hoc events as and when required
- Perform hair analysis for new and existing customers
- Makes professional recommendations on products and treatments to clients
- Maintain top-notch customer service standards
- Handle customers' requests and enquiries
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least a SPM/STPM qualification
- Friendly, warm and outgoing personality
- Have good verbal communication skills
- Past experience as a Beauty Consultant or Beauty Advisor is a plus
- Proven sales track record
- Well groomed with a friendly personality.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills, and service attitude.
- Effectively bilingual ( Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa English / Mandarin ) etc
