Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across various channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on implementation to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor performance for lead generation campaigns.
• Develop and implement nurturing campaigns to optimize lead conversion rates throughout the funnel.
• Enhance company visibility and engagement online via listing pages, SEO, and various social channels.
• Optimize outreach campaigns across digital platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Email, and others.
• Identify target accounts, construct ABM databases using audience segmentation, and engage them through personalized multi-channel approaches.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies to ensure the fulfillment of agreed-upon objectives.
• Analyze digital data to generate actionable insights for website optimization, SEO, and digital campaign enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise marketing initiatives that enhance lead quality.
• Stay informed on evolving marketing trends, including updates to Google algorithms.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

• Address internal team and customer escalation requests, providing timely and effective solutions. Ensure follow-up to guarantee resolution.
• Consult on best practices and offer workarounds if the current product doesn’t meet customer requirements.
• Proficiency in installing the client’s product (software/hardware) – Kobiton specific.
• Analyze log files, and develop automation test scripts for issue investigation.
• Coordinate with the development team to understand customers’ issues and get them solved.
• Create samples, documents, and ticket summaries to guide end-users and internal teams.
• Capability to directly communicate and showcase products to customers.
• Establish enduring relationships based on trust through prompt support and open, interactive communication to achieve a high customer renewal rate.
• Perform additional duties as assigned (IT admin tasks)

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications that attract the user’s attention
• Implement front-end components with a progressive Vue.js framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews using Git to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Your key responsibilities:

• Participate in all software development activities following Scrum process
• Design solutions and approach for software features or subsystems
• Write high-quality code to implement software features or fix bugs
• Perform unit testing, documentation and all other activities defined in Definition of Done before passing source code to Testing team
• Communicate and report internally or directly to client on status or result of work

As an AL/ML Intern, you have a chance to learn & practice including but not limited to:

• Work with our team to research, prototype and engineer AI/ML capabilities into our product.

• Work with client and team closely, participate in team activities or events
• Perform all testing activities independently and effectively: test estimation, test planning, test strategy, test cases design, test execution, defects tracking, etc.
• Understand automation frameworks, can maintain and use the automation framework to automate the new test cases

Key responsibilities:

• Understand domain knowledge & client testing process clearly to implement all testing activities effectively
• Work directly with client and project team on daily assignments:
• Develop, maintain and execute manual test cases/test scripts
• Report, track, and monitor defects on the defect tracking system
• Prepare and review test documentation
• Address issues relating to testing quality
• Communicate progress, test results and quality risks both internally and directly to the client

Principal IT Business Analysts are responsible for developing the client’s business strategies and models, defining and managing business analysis, design practices and mindset across Agile/Scrum processes. Working closely with stakeholders to formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve client’s business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Report directly to supervisor(s) and Project Manager if required;
• Work with project team members and others if any;
• Communicate with client counterparts if any;
• Assess the client’s business needs and business processes (current and future);
• Interview the domain experts at the client company to capture all relevant domain knowledge;
• Conduct market research;
• Document the product’s vision and the project’s scope;
• Document the client’s business requirements in detail, (requirement specifications) with all assumptions and caveats included;
• Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements;
• Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable and that they conform to standards;
• Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents;
• Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements, specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly;
• Serve as an internal point of contact for development team whenever requirements need to be clarified.

• Providing technical leadership to software design and project members in software development projects and resolves technical issues

• Possessing technical expertise and uses it to provide consultation; mentors others and be able to communicate effectively in both technical and business languages

• Understanding client's requirements and challenges, keys to success and takes ownership of the technical aspect of client's success plan

• Designing and customizing reports, modifying databases and perform tests based on clients request

• Monitoring the data quality of data pipelines, provide data management support to clients

• Liaise with developers to improve applications and establish best practices

• Responsible for building and maintaining optimized and highly available data pipelines that facilitate deeper analysis and reporting

• Developing and implementing data models, data marts for enterprise data lake/data warehouse and integration development process.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Work with databases like MS SQL Server and optimize database interactions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
