Key Responsibilities:

Trade Certificate
Drivers Licenses equivalent to role, car, light duty, truck and
agriculture
Technical Knowledge as per their qualification specifications

exceptional customer service across all channels – written,
phone and face to face.

concisely, varying communication style depending upon the
audience.
