- Provides the overall systems engineering/computer science and technical integration expertise for the planning, design, development, and analysis of USCYBERCOM Enterprise cyberspace systems, subsystems, and foundational infrastructure.
- As a recognized authority, personally authors or actively participates in the development of future technology.
- Reviews technical concept papers, develops technical guides, establishes technical architectures for USCYBERCOM programs.
- Plans and conducts broad-based system, network, and statistical analyses to support definition and refinement of requirements for DoD-level IS enterprise architecture policy and process directives.
- Functions as the technical advisor to the Combatant Command on cyber and C4IT enterprise architecture.
- Ensures C4 initiatives maintain continuity of purpose and focus on key program community-level operational objectives retain consistency with pertinent C4 architectures and design standards.
- Performs very complex, difficult studies/evaluations on an individual basis or as a team member/leader responsible for completing phases of an overall work effort.
- Documents and publishes the C4 cyberspace enterprise architecture and infrastructure for USCYBERCOM.
