About the role
The FA&P Analyst is responsible for handling day to day operations of FA&P Dept, weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast, monthly closing and variance analysis reporting & submission to global and annual budgeting. The work involves liaison between the commercial team (sales/customer care/marketing), factories and accounting team.
In this position you will manage :
Forecasting & Variance Analysis
· Lead the monthly forecasting processes
· Analyse regional business results to identify trends and/or financially significant variances and suggest corrective actions to improve business profitability and growth.
· Build and optimize FP&A processes and use financial forecasting and modelling techniques to project performance
· Perform in-depth analysis of the group's performance on P&L, B/S, working capital efficiency, cash flow management, pricing and other key efficiency indicators.
Business & Commercial partnering
· Conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making and evaluate the financial impact of various initiatives.
· Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to regional and senior leadership. Provide financial advisory support to the regions.
· Support development of regional commercial business plan
Budgeting
· Lead the annual budgeting processes, working closely with cross-functional teams
About your Experience
You will have at least 5 year’s experience in an FA&P role, have worked closely with commercial teams and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. A passion for data analysis and tech is a given.
· Degree in Business, Finance or Finance Professional qualification.
· HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience required.
· Experience with PowerBI, will be a plus.
· Deep understanding of a matrix organization and an ability to manage stakeholders from various functions
· Good excel skills with experience in building database, reporting, financial models and forecast.
