Role Purpose:
- A Service Quality Coordinator (SQC) is expected to have a comprehensive understanding of our operational processes and business objectives. The person must thrive in a team environment and possess the ability to coach and mentor individuals. A SQC is expected to review and score recorded CSR phone interactions, conduct regularly scheduled coaching sessions to review scorecard results, run reports, and assist with CSR training initiatives. Staying abreast of supported programs and all current support techniques/tools is critical to success. Communication skills and professionalism are essential to gain the respect and support of team members.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Review/score recorded CSR phone interactions and conduct regularly scheduled coaching sessions to review scorecard results
- Establish trust with the CSRs by creating a collaborative and positive coaching environment that includes positive reinforcement as well as opportunities for improvement
- Gain knowledge necessary to become the SME on various programs
- Train, coach, and mentor CSRs. Lead by example to achieve team and overall department goals
- Help to define/enforce best practices and support management driven initiatives
- Provide reports, analysis and offer recommendations for how to improve the customer experience or drive operational efficiencies
- Complete ad-hoc project work as defined by Supervisor
- Proactively identify training opportunities and provide recommended solutions to enhance the overall interaction of inbound caller experience
- Flexibility in scheduling when requested
- Client interaction may be required depending on the program/client
Minimum Education & Experience:
- We require candidates to have a minimum Customer Service background of 3 + years.
- Training in Medical Billing, HIPPA certified, or experience in claim processing preferred.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $44,600.00 - $66,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
