NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health) is an NTUC social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. Building on close to three decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest providers of active ageing, senior day care, nursing home, and home personal care services in Singapore. We also serve vulnerable seniors in selected areas in Singapore through Community Case Management Services (CCMS), CREST mental health support, and a sheltered senior group home. In addition, we run a family medicine clinic.

Our goal is to make our seniors' lives more fulfilling. That is why our community and volunteer activities are at the heart of what we do. As a Cluster Manager, you will head and manage a cluster of Active Ageing Centres (AAC). Our Cluster Managers guide and work with the cluster's respective centre-in-charge (CICs) and key stakeholders to develop, improve and implement plans to inspire, energise, and celebrate joyful living for our seniors.
You will need to
- Implement initiatives that will enhance the quality of our offerings through extensive partnerships with external expertise, and internally across clusters, agencies and disciplines
- Drive solutions to update and upgrade systems, structures and equipment to improve clusters' centres' operations and maximise resources
- Support and groom CICs through formal learning, mentorships and coaching
- Develop best practices to create a culture of excellence
- Keep abreast of trends in the eldercare industry to stay competitive and up to date with the centres' service offerings
QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters or Degree in Business Management / Psychology / Gerontology or other relevant fields or Diploma with relevant working experience
- Minimum 10 years of work experience, with 3 to 5 years in a leadership/management role, preferably in community or healthcare sectors

- Enjoy transforming data into actionable insights
- Be proficient in Google Suite Applications
