Post Title: Graduate Trainee Auditor
Location: Inverness
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £23,587 - £40,258 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To assist in undertaking internal audit reviews across all Highland Council Services with a view to gaining sufficient work-based experience to successfully complete the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors’ examinations and obtain the CMIIA designation.

Requirements
Relevant Degree or Qualification plus minimum of National 5 Grade C or GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in both Maths and English.
Willingness to travel, and on occasions, stay away overnight.
