The primary purpose of this position is: An Enlisted Air Reserve Technician (ART), to assist the medical records administration specialist with responsibility for the daily operations of the Medical Records, Quality Assurance, and Risk Management programs. Oversees all activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance of, and adherence to the organization's policies and procedures covering Service Treatment Records (STR) administration. Provides direct support to the Medical Records Administration ART and Senior ART by accomplishing a variety of duties relating to medical administration, military functions, and analysis to assist with the operational requirements of the Squadron and Wing Force Health programs. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Analyzes and interprets unit goals, mission, metrics, policies and objectives. Ensure that the unit meets or exceeds readiness requirements and is capable of supporting upgraded/modified/new aircraft as indicated.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible to the Aircraft Operations Officer/Air Commander for all matters pertaining to operational readiness and effectiveness of the unit.
2. Directs all operations and maintenance training programs for the Squadron.
3. Instructs or examines pilots in flying proficiency, plans flights and training missions, evaluates pilots, plans course outlines. Ensures the operational readiness and effectiveness of the unit.
4. Analyzes directives from higher headquarters and information available in form of accident reports and mission readiness reports in order to develop operational plans, standard operating procedures, and implementing instructions.

• Provides extensive environmental expertise to manage assigned environmental projects or programs through application of professional knowledge and skill in Environmental Engineering practices, processes and techniques.
• Responsible for executing assigned projects or program element(s), in-house and by contract, to comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local environmental laws and policies.
• Provides advisory services on specific problems, projects, programs, and functions in assigned program area. Serves as the installation's most knowledgeable technical consultant on environmental compliance laws and regulations.
• Complies with health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures and performs work that enhances the safety of the work environment.

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) to test, troubleshoot, repair and modify aircraft fuel distribution systems, repair leaks of external/integrated tanks, and provide training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth therein.

DUTIES:
Duty 1 - Receives work document(s) or oral instructions regarding problem with aircraft fuel system.
Duty 2 - Troubleshoots integral fuel tanks, using leak path analysis and other test procedures such as pressure checks, vacuum checks, dye injection checks, helium and argon gas checks, etc., to determine the source of fuel leaks.
Duty 3 - Troubleshoots fuel cells to determine location of leaks.
Duty 4 - Accomplishes modifications and prepares components for storage or shipment.
Duty 5 - In performing duties uses a variety of common hand tools, combustible and toxic gas indicators, torque wrenches, leak detectors, pressure gauges, manometers, powered tools such as drills and pneumatic wrenches; also, operates AGE such as blowers, filters, vacuum cleaners, heaters, air conditioners, fire extinguishers, etc.

The Primary Purpose of this position is to serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) work leader and aircraft Dedicated Crew Chief over a crew of three or more workers/mechanics. In this capacity, the work leader/crew chief coordinates and oversees all maintenance/scheduled inspections performed on his/her assigned aircraft. While performing such duties is considered as being the technical authority of the assigned aircraft, providing instructional guidance, making work arrangements, and insuring the production pace is maintained. Performs non-leader trades and labor work as a member of the work crew. Trains reservists in the accomplishment of duties and responsibilities set forth herein.

Duty 1. Serves as a Work Leader/Dedicated Crew Chief of assigned aircraft, responsible for effectively coordinating and/or overseeing maintenance, troubleshooting, positioning, appearance and servicing of the aircraft. Responsible for the total airworthiness of the assigned aircraft.
Duty 2: Performs and/or oversees aircraft inspections including preflight, post flight, phase, acceptance, and other scheduled and unscheduled inspections.
Duty 3: Provides technical supervision on production matters to all employees assigned to the crew/team, which may include active duty, ARTs, civilians, and others.
Duty 4: Enforces and complies with safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work area.
Duty 5: Leads verification and certification of work processes and procedures and adequacy of work accomplished by qualified mechanics and trainees.

The primary purpose of this position is: As an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to serve as the Plans and Integration branch supervisor providing technical development of assigned work force and management of wing's readiness/deployment programs. DUTIES:
1. Plans, organizes, and manages the day-to-do activities of the Plans and Integration function at base level.
2. Exercises supervisory and/or personnel management responsibilities less than 25% of the time for one to two subordinate personnel.
3. Represents the Plans and Integration night with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
4. Performs logistics deliberate and adaptive planning processes.
5. Principles advisor to senior leadership on plans and integration issues.
