The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) to administer, schedule, and conduct flight and ground training which
develops, upgrades, and evaluates the skills of loadmaster aircrew members; to perform aircrew duties as instructor loadmaster in the unit type aircraft and to perform related staff support duties; to train reservists in these duties.

Duties:
1. Develops and provides technical loadmaster upgrade and proficiency training/instruction to Reserve aircrew member and ART personnel.
2. Conducts flight and ground training which develops, upgrades, and evaluates the skills of loadmaster aircrew members.
3. Accomplishes preflight inspection of aerospace ground equipment and applies external power to the aircraft. Accomplishes pre-flight inspection of the aircraft and cargo/airdrop systems according to flight manual procedures. Accomplishes passenger briefings to include the use of emergency equipment, evacuation procedures, and border clearance requirements.
4. Directs the placement of material handling equipment to accomplish cargo on/off loading operations.
5. Computes and completes aircraft weight and balance documentation either manually or electronically.

• Prepares a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring correspondence, reports, and other documents and reviews and finalizes correspondence/documents prepared by others in handwritten or electronic drafts. Composes and signs correspondence of a nontechnical nature in the supervisor's name or in own name as secretary.
• Reviews and processes incoming and outgoing correspondence, materials, publications, regulations, and directives. Screens incoming mail to identify what needs to be brought to the attention of the supervisor, referred to appropriate staff, rerouted to other organizations /offices, or handled personally.
• Receives telephone calls, greets visitors, and ascertains the nature of the calls or visits. Based upon knowledge of the organization and its programs and operations, refers telephone calls and visitors to appropriate staff or office.
• Maintains supervisor's calendar, coordinates meeting arrangements, and schedules meetings and/or conferences. Schedules appointments and meetings without prior approval in accordance with supervisor's policies and priorities, and coordinates with the supervisor as necessary.
• Performs other administrative and clerical work in support of the office/organization. Establishes, updates, and maintains office procedures and records of various types that may be needed or will assist in the efficient operation of the office.
• Uses varied and advanced functions of word processing software to create, format, modify, edit, and print a variety of letters, reports, memos, and other textual documents. Uses advanced functions to generate tables of contents, import graphs or databases, create glossaries, and align multiple columns.

DUTY 1:Plans, organizes and directs the activities of the Air Force Reserve Command Protocol Office, ensuring that the command complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.

DUTY 2:Coordinates and implements all official functions for senior. HQ Air Force Reserve personnel.

DUTY 3:Represents HQ AFRC with other installation/ functional area organizations, outside government and community agencies and all sanctioned DV visits.

DUTY 4:Maintains custodial control of the Commander's Official Representation Funds (ORF) gift locker and gift fund.

DUTY 5:Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) officer, to serve as the Executive Officer for the group senior ART. The primary purpose of the position is to administer and direct the group's executive support functions and to ensure that day-to-day operations comply with the policies of the senior ART and command.

DUTIES:
1. Serves as the executive advisor on programs and initiatives within the group. Interprets and translates command and supervisor's written or expressed policy and relays to individuals to assist in resolving operational problems.
2. Performs a variety of staff studies concerning group programs and program support effectiveness resulting from regulatory changes, new technology, program/mission changes, recurring requirements, and others.
3. Represents the senior ART concerning group plans, special events, projects, etc., to communicate senior ART's policies and to explain the interests of the group in regard to local activities or projects.
4. Manages group resources for executive support, services and activities. Conducts management studies, inquiries, and surveys to determine support requirements and to measure the effectiveness of existing structures in meeting objectives.
5. Maintains oversight of and has overall responsibility for the inspection program as it relates to the group and directs the conduct of inspection activities. Represents the senior ART commander in all matters pertaining to inspections and keeps him fully informed. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities (less than 25% of the time). This duty is only applicable if the position is coded with a supervisory level code "4".

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Group Commander's Support Staff (CSS), ensuring that CSS complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.

Manages training programs for administration (3A1XX) and personnel (3SOXX) in accordance with established command guidelines.

Serves as the Group point of contact and liaison with the servicing Force Support Squadron on personnel and manpower actions. Participates in special studies and projects relating to planning, coordinating, and analyzing the effectiveness/efficiency of the Group CSS in meeting Air Force Administration program goals.

• Plans, directs, coordinates, and evaluates activities necessary to the overall management of a diverse industrial hygiene, public health, occupational safety, and occupational health program; conducts investigations and sampling of identified hazards of concern, mishaps, public health incidents, and hazardous conditions to determine origin, causes, and contributing elements. Analyses and prepares written evaluation reports concerning findings and proposed recommendations.
• Prepares supplements to instructions and manuals and develops specialized local instructions defining hazard control and mishap prevention programs and procedures based on interpretation and/or adaptation of higher command instructions and policies formulated by other federal government agencies.
• Reviews plans and specifications for events, new construction, major building alterations, and/or changes in equipment and monitors projects through completion to ensure compliance with industrial hygiene, public health, occupational safety, and occupational health codes and standards.
• Develops and provides technical industrial hygiene, public health, occupational safety, and occupational health training/instruction to supervisors, employees, unit health monitors, unit deployment monitors, and/or unit Bioenvironmental Engineering and Public Health program representatives on a wide range of work operations areas, such as Hazard Communication (HAZCOM), Respiratory Protection, OSHA expanded standards, ionizing radiation, lasers, electromagnetic frequencies, noise, public health concerns, bloodborne pathogens, food handling, medical intelligence, thermal stress, and ergonomics.
• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities for a small subordinate staff, typically 7 or fewer positions.

The Primary Purpose of this position is: To serve as the Air Reserve Technician (ART) supervisor exercising technical and administrative supervision over subordinate workers in accomplishing trades and labor work. Trains reservists in the duties and responsibilities set forth herein.

• Provides guidance to commanders, supervisors, and managers on a broad scope of civilian personnel management issues in coordination with local Civilian Personnel Section (CPS), legal office and union representatives. Provides civilian employee management assistance for assigned organizations where work processes are conceptual, judgmental, involve public contact, or are coordinative in nature.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for civilian personnel program management involving position management, staffing, placement, and classification. Collaborates with CPS, Resources Management Office, commanders, staff, and functional managers to establish internal processes and policies for effective civilian personnel management.
• Serves as a civilian personnel program management specialist coordinating and implementing a myriad of civilian personnel program services for the Numbered Air Force (NAF). Evaluates requirements for additional civilian healthcare resources and balances needs with overall mission requirements and resource interest. Manages the Workforce Planning program for the respective unit.
• Prepares written correspondence and other documentation. Obtains information from a variety of sources, consolidates information and develops into operational working/information papers and/or internal operating procedures. Develops recommendations for immediate and long-term courses of action that support accomplishment of the mission.

1. Performs complex, nonstandard accounting transactions in the control and review of travel and transportation funds and accounts for a number of different organizations. Receives, reviews, and processes all types of travel and transportation accounting documents (e.g., individual, purchase orders for group travel, moving of household goods, etc.).
2. Maintains, controls, and reconciles accounting transactions and records for multiple accounts. Reviews and maintains complex accounting transactions (e.g., reconciling accounts in accounting system involving extensive subdivision of accounts, frequent and varied adjustments to accounts, or extensive balancing and reconciling of detailed summary accounts).
3. Analyzes and examines accounting data and accounts to resolve nonstandard transactions, complaints, or discrepancies. Utilizes extensive knowledge of accounting procedures and techniques to verify specialized ledger(s) and automated system(s) of accounting data.
4. Prepares reports and performs other miscellaneous technical tasks in support of accounting function(s). Prepares monthly reports, correspondence, and follow-up on flagged documents (e.g., inactive, unliquidated obligations, etc.). Prepares the required forms and enters data into the computerized system.
5. Provides customer service for vendors, resource advisor, financial analyst, and other external and internal customers. Checks records/files in automated accounting systems on status of payments and payment dates, and follows up with OPLOC as necessary.

The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) accomplishes area expertise for secure computer and long-haul communications systems for Operations of the Airlift Control Flight (ALCF)/Contingency Response Element (CRE). Additionally, provides week-day training and support to reserve personnel at home station and temporary duty (TDY) locations world-wide.

Duties:
1. Accomplishes ALCF/CRE secure/non-secure communication (Comm)/aerospace ground equipment (AGE) activities
2. Responsible for COMSEC Management and Training. Responsible for Operational Security (OPSEC) Management and Training.
3. Manages AGE equipment. Provides Client Support Administrator (CSA) services to support network applications
4. Conducts secure communications and computer capabilities and fundamentals training for all ALCF/CRE personnel.
5. Performs a variety of administrative services in support of the unit program management.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Senior Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer with overall supervision and management of either an Aircraft Maintenance Squadron , a Maintenance Squadron , an Equipment Maintenance Squadron or a Component Maintenance Squadron at an Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) unit-equipped or associate unit.

RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the squadron. Manages assigned maintenance resources and ensures production meets operational requirements and technical standards. Recommends procedural and technical improvements and modifications.
2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities to include personnel and position management, equal opportunity, security, and safety. Advises employees regarding policies, procedures and directives of management. Maintains sound positions management practice when determining types and numbers of positions to support the organizational mission.
3. Represents organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Meets with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolves significant problems that arise.

The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to develop and implement aircraft maintenance work plans and schedules to ensure the effective and efficient accomplishment of required maintenance and coordination in support of unit operational flight scheduling. Additionally, provides training to reservist in the accomplishment of the tasks set forth herein.

Duties:
1. Develops maintenance plans for assigned aircraft and associated equipment. Develops preliminary operational schedules (utilization plans) and provides the Operations Group with an estimate of maintenance support capability to meet operational requirements
2. Implements maintenance plans through the development and publication of maintenance schedules to include scheduled and unscheduled repair actions, time-sensitive inspections or modifications, component time change replacement and aircraft or system inspections
3. Responsible for maintaining Data Documentation to include Aircraft Maintenance Historical Documentation, Aircraft Jacket Files, Aircraft Document Reviews. Coordinates the implementation of the Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) Program, to include the application of individual TCTOs
4. Serves as Aerospace Vehicle Distribution Officer (AVDO) to include the overall responsibilities for the maintenance and reporting of aircraft inventory and status/utilization for all assigned aircraft.
5. Monitors configuration management of the unit aircraft. Provides unit managers the capability to determine the actual versus approved configuration of an aircraft or equipment. Conducts training and skill level progression of assigned Air Force Reserve production schedulers
