The Opportunity

We are currently looking for ambitious and sales driven individuals to join us as a Recruiter (like a Recruitment Consultant but without new business generation).

No prior recruitment experience or qualifications are required for this position. You will receive industry leading training and support throughout your career and have plentiful opportunities for fast-track promotions.

What can I expect day to day?

As a Recruiter, you'll work alongside a Key Account Manager (BD Manager) to manage your own area of the Technology market. You will work within a commercial and entrepreneurial environment and have responsibility for the following:

• Managing job vacancies from start to finish
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates

Your new company
Working for part of the NHS in Exeter. This role is full time permanent with an average of 37.5 hours per week.
Weekend work is required but is only 4 weekends out of 19 weeks. Extra pay is paid 30% more for Saturdays and 60% for Sundays.
They operate between the hours of 7am - 7pm but it would not be 12 hours shifts - you would work 3-5 shifts per week which averages out to 37.5 hours per week. (This can be explained after application stage)
Salary starts at £25,147 per year but rises to £27,596 within a year. Pay will also be higher than this due to the extra paid over the weekends.
Role would be on site 100% in Sowton.
Your new role
You will be working as part of team of schedulers responsible for the successful running of the Ambulance service.
You will play a core part in making sure all ambulance staff know where they need to be and when.
You will be using a specialise database where you need to make sure you maintain accuracy at all times.

I have an opening for an experienced Registered Manager or Regional Manager working for a national company that supports Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
The position of Regional Manager would be to oversee multiple sites in Devon and North Devon and the management of one Deputy Area Manager, 4 Service Managers and one Administrator. As part of this, you will hold the CQC registration which is currently rated as "Good".
The organisation supports individuals from 18+ who may have Learning Disabilities and Autism and services that support Mental Health. These vary between supported living and residential homes.
As the Regional Manager, you will need experience in the above, extensive knowledge of CQC and regulations as well as further people management.
You may be responsible for maintaining and creating policies and procedures, as well as supporting with training and recruitment.


What will you need?
- UK Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management (or Similar)
- Knowledge of Learning Disabilities and Autism
