Your new role
You will be joining the Customer Services Team and will work collaboratively with both the commercial and supply chain teams. The main purpose of your role is to support a specific portfolio of customers to ensure that their orders are accurately processed and managed, whilst building long-standing relationships and understanding requirements. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing communication between the organisation and customer, ensuring that all data for the customer is accurate.
• Take responsibility for the processing of orders, managing them right through to payment, building long-standing relationships in the process.
• You will take responsibility for customer KPI's working closely with other teams to ensure that credits, debits, and rebates are handled smoothly.
• Have an excellent understanding of the customers' requirements, always driving for customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, previous experience working within the manufacturing industry or in a similar role, dealing with a complex order book is required. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, whilst being an excellent team player. Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable, along with working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems. Fluency in German, French or Spanish is highly desirable but not essential for consideration.

• Experience within the manufacturing industry or supply chain, ideally with an understanding of export compliance and contract administration
• Ability to solve customer problems as they arise whilst maintaining and increasing important internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Accuracy and attention to detail

This one-form entry primary school in South Coventry is looking for a full-time PPA teacher to start in January 2025 on a full-time basis. This Catholic school is easily accessible from Kenilworth, Rugby and surrounding villages. Your new role

Your new job as a PPA teacher will be to cover a range of classes from Reception - Year 6. This will be covering a range of things including management release time, ECT time and course cover. You will be teaching pre-planned lessons to a range of year groups and will be required to mark the work at the end of the day according to school policy.This role will be suited to ECT's as well as more experienced teachers.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this new job, you will need to be happy to teach all year groups from Reception - Year 6. You must be flexible and happy to adapt as things can change last minute. You must be confident in a range of behaviour management strategies and enjoy working with a wide range of children, LSA's and other staff. Ideally, being Catholic yourself or having experience in Catholic school previously would be desirable but not essential.

This one-form entry Catholic primary school in South Coventry is looking for a full-time Year 4 Teacher to start in January 2025 on a full-time basis. The staff at this school work hard to plan an enriched curriculum that enables pupils to become life-long learners. This school is easily accessible from all of Coventry as well as Kenilworth, Rugby and Solihull.

Your new job as a Year 4 teacher will be to plan, mark and assess the children from January 2025 - July 2025. You will also be required to fully immerse yourself in school life, including parents' evenings, staff meetings and any clubs. You will be required to plan a curriculum that is exciting as well as challenging.

This role will be suited to ECT's as well as more experienced teachers and will be paid to scale from day 1 of the assignment.
