Salary: The salary is based between £30,744- £50,000 and benefits, depending upon qualifications and skillsets.
You'll carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports. You'll ensure all statutory and mandatory tasks are completed within the required timescales, ensure all certification is correctly completed and remedial works clearly identified. As a Gas Engineer you will also need to carry out reactive and emergency tasks and expected to complete all tasks using handheld technology effectively.

The ideal candidate must have commercial Gas tickets, will be Qualified to City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalent in relevant disciplines to role.
Candidates must be able to be on a call out rota to provide clients with full out of hours cover and assist other team members when required or as directed from a Supervisor or Contract Manager. You'll need to have a proactive approach to sourcing additional opportunities or works on sites and source and provide required information for quotes. You'll also monitor visiting sub-contractors regarding standard of work and Health and Safety and issue appropriate Permits, controlling small works and escort duties as required.

My client is a public sector organisation that is managing a local health initiative. Based on the Wirral, but supporting multiple programmes running across Cheshire & Merseyside, you will be supporting a number of innovative schemes across the area!
Your new role
Working closely within the project team and supporting the business manager, you will be delivering professional and high quality project administration. You will be working across multiple schemes and programmes at any one point, so you will be kept busy with the likes of diary management, presentation preparation, report generation, arranging internal and external meetings, data input and general finance administration. This is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be supporting with other ad hoc project support administration as required, such as minute taking for key meetings, stakeholder liaising, and managing project inboxes. This role will be based on the Wirral, but there is a requirement to travel to other sites as necessary to service project-based meetings. You will be dealing daily with key external and internal stakeholders at various levels, so you will be able to utilise your confident communication skills!
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience working on projects would be a huge advantage for this role, or working in a programme support capacity for an NHS employer. However, if you are a strong administration professional, who can showcase experience working with multiple work streams, this can also be considered. Able to work autonomously, you will be a self-motivated individual that is capable of managing your work load effectively. With high standards of written and verbal English, you will be an expert communicator that can confidently liaise with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will have strong IT skills, and pride yourself on your ability to interpret data. Highly organised, you will be used to working to conflicting deadlines and be able to prioritise changing demands effortlessly.
What you'll get in return
Working on a rewarding project, you will be based 1 day per week initially at their Wirral-based offices, but ad hoc travel across Cheshire & Merseyside (reimbursed). You will have a basic pay rate of £13.05ph, which rolls up to £14.68ph inclusive of holiday pay. You will have full-time working hours, Monday-Friday until March 2025 and a start of early December!
