I am currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with one of my public sector clients for a Microsoft-focussed Data Engineer. The role involves the optimisation and management of their Data Infrastructure (DataBricks, Power Platform, Azure, Legacy Data environments etc) as well as working with data ingestion frameworks, stream processing and cloud-native data services. You will be responsible for upholding data security best practise as well as contributing towards the automation of data workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that meet the curriculum requirements.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Provide guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole school training events.
• Contribute to the development of the Social Sciences curriculum and teaching materials.

Requirements:

• A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
• Proven experience teaching Social Sciences at KS5 level.
• Strong knowledge of the current curriculum and examination requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the school's ethos and values.
